The Beginning
It all started in a mom's kitchen, with one simple wish: to feed her daughter healthy, tasty food she would actually enjoy.
Frustrated by the lack of convenient, nutritious options for kids, our founder Farah Aly began creating recipes at home meals - backed with science - filled with hidden veggies, no salt, no sugar, and lots of love.
The Monsters Table Way
What started as a solution for her daughter quickly grew into something bigger, as other parents began asking for the same.
And so, The Monsters Table was born the first brand in the world to match kids' unique eating personalities with fun, healthy, frozen meals they'll actually eat.
